The University Arms Hotel has a Civil Marriage License and the Victorian hotel and grounds make a picturesque backdrop for your nuptials. The hotel’s dedicated Wedding Coordinator can assist with tailoring the day from the ceremony through to the reception and the hotel offers three seasonal menus created specifically for events such as wedding receptions.
There are four rooms suitable for wedding celebrations, each one enjoying an individual décor and the inherent charm of the Victorian building. The Ballroom is the largest and most impressive space available, and is able to entertain up to 220 guests. The Newton Room is the next largest room, followed by the Byron Room and finally the boutique Cromwell Room, which can accommodate a small ceremony with up to 25 guests.
